๐ Comprehend the Test Objectives: Always have a clear understanding as to what is being tested, why it needs to be tested, who is the end user and what are the expected results. โ๏ธ Write down notes, it’s a good habit that helps you organize your ideas and classify information. Because your brain cannot retain and recall everything. You can either use the traditional way of writing on paper or a digital way of taking notes. There are several tools accessible, such as Google Keep, Sticky notes, Evernote, Notion, and so on.
Writing benefits us in numerous ways during the testing process, from interpreting a requirement to investigating an issue or a defect ๐คฏ

Do a proper review of the requirement/project-related documents and ask pertinent questions before starting with the Test Planning. Maintain a tracker of queries and delegate it to the right stakeholders.
Below are a few generic questions; try to come up with ones that are specific to your project:
๐ What are the main objectives of the testing process?
๐ Who are the stakeholders and what roles will they play in the deployment or release?
๐ What are the primary use cases/actions/user flows of the application/system?
๐ Who will be the primary/main users of the application/system?
๐ What are the expected outcomes/deliverables from this application/system?
๐ What are the functional and non-functional requirements of the product? What are testable and non-testable?
๐ Are there any security or privacy requirements for the system?
๐ Are there any existing systems that need to be integrated with this new system?
๐ Does the product need to integrate with any external services?
๐ Are there any specific technologies that need to be used in developing the system?
๐ What are the details of the tech stack used inside the project for development?
๐ What is the expected timeline for completion of the project?
๐ What level of accessibility should be considered?
๐ Are there any challenges, resources, or external constraints that might affect the project?
